Asif has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills across various fields, managing large-scale operations and overseeing a workforce of 150 employees, including training, coordination, and staffing efforts. He possesses the ability to run and manage multiple successful businesses, supported by a robust portfolio that highlights his effectiveness as a business leader. Asif is committed to expanding the PLPS business and scaling it to new heights, demonstrating a proactive approach to growth and development.

Paramjeet is the Operations Manager at PLPS, having been with the company for two years. In this role, she oversees daily site operations, coordinating effectively with other supervisors to ensure compliance and manage incident reports. With a history of working for Paragon, Garda World, and Argus Security, she managed and coordinated security at entire mall complexes. At PLPS, she uses her strong foundation and expertise to supervise all parking enforcement and manage staff to maintain operational flow. Additionally, Paramjeet handles daily communication, addresses incoming calls, and resolves troubleshooting issues, ensuring a seamless operational environment.
