Enforcing Parking Rules
Parking enforcement is a service that PLPS provides both as a component of our security guard program and separately.
Regardless of the service you select, our security officers will randomly check private parking lots for infractions and issue citations if necessary.
We check parking garages below and above ground, and we ticket automobiles that are parked improperly (e.g. vehicles parked in visitor parking between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. without a proper authorization permit).
Where We Are & What We Do
PLPS is able to enforce parking by issuing tickets for a number of violations:
Parking in an accessibility parking space without a valid parking permit.
Parking on private property without the owner’s consent.
Parking in a fire route.
Parking overnight in a visitor’s spot without approval.
